Harry Daniels is a native of Carrollton, Georgia. He served in the United States Air Force for eight years and is a veteran of the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Maryland UC and a Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law.
Mr. Daniels has represented thousands of criminal clients on charges ranging from simple theft to capital murder. Mr. Daniels' extensive knowledge and experience of the criminal justice system includes working as an assistant public defender for the Coweta Judicial Circuit in Georgia as well as working for the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office in North Carolina. Harry Daniels also taught at Gaston College in Dallas, North Carolina.

Vince de la Cruz holds a Bachelor of Public Administration from Florida International University and a Master of Business Administration from St. Thomas University. He received his Juris Doctor from Arizona State University. Prior to moving to Atlanta he practiced law in Miami, Florida and Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Mr. de la Cruz has litigation experience in a wide range of settings including federal multidistrict litigation, state courts, EEOC and MSPB matters. His experience in arbitration, mediation and settlement negotiations includes serving as a pro bono facilitator for the Second Judicial District Court of New Mexico. Mr. de la Cruz is fluent in Spanish.
